Your guests are taken care of
Upon their arrival at the CAVM, your guests will be greeted by our attentive and warm staff and taken to the meeting room. During this time, you will be able to make last-minute preparations in the meeting room without being present at the Old Montreal Business Centre entrance.
Disinfectant gel, disposable masks, and other measures
Since your safety is our priority, especially since the pandemic, we provide you with disinfectant gel and disposable masks at the entrance of the CAVM. We ask all tenants of the CAVM and all visitors to respect social distancing and wear the face cover during their movements and not within 2 meters of each other.
Surfaces and bathrooms are cleaned regularly, while equipment provided in conference rooms is disinfected after each use (tables, chairs, telephones, etc.).
